Purchasing company Beacon is set to bring experts from across the hospitality industry together on January 26 at its first exhibition in Manchester.
The exhibition will include workshops from over 70 of Beacon’s industry leading suppliers on a variety of topics affecting the hospitality and leisure sectors throughout the UK.
It aims to educate and inform delegates on a range of topics through the workshops, including how to navigate the National Living Wage changes hosted by employment law experts DAC Beachcroft and 2016 design trends hosted by Dulux Design Services.
Meanwhile, Barcadi will host session on spirit trends with a ‘tasting masterclass’ while BDRC will present a piece on the power of brands in the hospitality market.
Beacon said attendees will have the opportunity to meet the Beacon team to discuss how to get the most from their partnership, as well as being able to meet with members of Beacon’s sister organisation, Best Western, at the dedicated ‘Best Western Pavilion’.
At the pavilion, Best Western will be showcasing its new brand and products and services available to the group of independent hotels.
Paul Connelly, managing director at Beacon, said: “This will be the first time Beacon has held an event like this and it highlights our ongoing commitment to providing industry leading advice and guidance to our customers.
“The exhibition will bring customers and suppliers together to share knowledge and address important issues within the industry.”
