Each apartment is accessible using high spec digital key code access. They feature Chromecast TV’s and air conditioning and premium appliances such as SMEG Toasters and Kettles, Nespresso Machines as well as artwork commissioned by Alexander Grahovsky.
The apartments each have a premium fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, super-king, king or twin beds, space to dine and relax plus super-fast Wi-Fi. There are also 12 onsite private parking spaces, three with EV electric charging points, bicycle storage, a coworking space, Peloton gym and a ‘Pantree Honesty Market’.
Director and co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Guest, said: “After a rather busy few months, we’re very happy to be able to share that the aparthotel is now open for business.
“It is always a daunting experience when launching any new business in a new city, but the immense support and encouragement which we have had from local businesses and organisations has been really warming. So, a huge thank you to everyone for this.”
He added: “Business travel has bounced back in recent months following the aftermath of Covid and continues to look strong despite some uncertainty apparent ahead.
“Milton Keynes is a buzzy hive of activity with business travellers coming in an abundance from London, the wider UK and from across the globe to meet and collaborate with their colleagues at all levels. We look forward in giving them a place to call their own while they are working away from home.”
