Radisson Hotel Group has officially added the Dom Pedro Lisboa Hotel to its Radisson Individuals brand as part of its expansion in Portugal.

The 263-room property, located in Lisbon’s Amoreiras district, includes a presidential suite, two restaurants, two bars, and a spa. It is within walking distance of Avenida da Liberdade, Marquês de Pombal Square and Eduardo VII Park.

Facilities at the hotel include 22 meeting and event spaces for up to 400 people, a wellness centre with a heated indoor pool, and restaurants serving Portuguese and Italian dishes.

Joep Peeters, senior vice-president for franchise at Radisson Hotel Group, said: “Portugal is a key growth market for us, with Lisbon playing a vital role in attracting both international and domestic travellers. 

“Dom Pedro Lisboa Hotel is a landmark property in the city, known for its legacy of prestige and superb service.”

Ana Portugal, general manager of the Dom Pedro Lisboa Hotel, added: “Joining Radisson Individuals is a significant and strategic step. This new chapter strengthens our position in the market while preserving the unique identity of Dom Pedro Lisboa Hotel.”
