The Cumberland Hotel, owned by the Clermont Hotel Group, has appointed Santino Cicciari as general manager and Kyle Lewis as head chef of Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London, opening next month at the hotel. Cicciari brings over 20 years of experience across luxury restaurants and five-star hospitality in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, leading high-profile venues and large teams, and Lewis brings nearly two decades of experience, including Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, three-Michelin-starred Per Se in New York and Michelin-starred and multi-AA Rosette hotels across the UK and Europe.

Pedro Da Silva, general manager, The Cumberland Hotel, said: “Santino and Kyle bring exceptional calibre, deep industry expertise and a shared commitment to delivering world‑class hospitality. Their leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, and we’re delighted to be welcoming them to the team.” 

Santino Cicciari, general manager, Hell’s Kitchen, added: “Hell’s Kitchen is a globally recognised brand with an electric atmosphere and a loyal guest base. Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland will occupy a new space set across 7,500 square feet within The Cumberland Hotel, with a capacity of over 200 covers including four chefs’ tables and a dedicated bar area.  

Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel opens in April 2026 and bookings launch from March 2026.
