SevenStay Group has opened a 44-unit serviced apartment development at 60 Old Hall Street in Liverpool, targeting the city’s corporate mid-term stay market.

The property is the company’s third site in the city and occupies a building that had been vacant for six years. Following a refurbishment programme, the development now comprises 44 serviced apartments designed for stays of one to three months.

The accommodation is aimed at corporate professionals, contractors, relocated workers and other guests requiring short-term housing. The apartments include kitchens, dining and living areas, Wi-Fi and, on selected floors, private balconies. Guests also have access to concierge services, a virtual front desk and an on-site gym, which is due to open shortly.

The property is intended for those on work assignments or relocating who wish to avoid 12-month rental agreements.

The launch expands SevenStay’s portfolio in Liverpool, which also includes properties on Bold Street and Fleet Street.

Andy Shields, owner of SevenStay, said: “With 60 Old Hall Street, we wanted to bridge the massive gap between brief weekend stays and restrictive 12-month tenancies. Liverpool’s business quarter is thriving, and there is a massive influx of professionals, project contractors, and people transitioning into the city who need a premium, hassle-free place to live for just one, two, or three months.

“We’ve tailored this entire site to remove the usual friction of moving, there are no complex utility setups or lengthy references. Guests can simply walk into a beautifully designed, fully serviced luxury space with top-tier amenities, drop their bags, and instantly feel at home for the exact duration of their local contract.”
