LateRooms.com has announced that the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel as one of the winners of its ‘Simply The Guest Awards’.
Using its database of customer reviews, the online hotel booking agent identified and awarded the ten best city centre hotels for 2012.
The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was chosen as one of the top ten because of consistently high reviews, such as the following: “Our stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was superb. The staff were very friendly, the quality of the room was excellent and the location is perfect. [I] wish we’d [have] been able to stay longer so that we could sample the food on offer.”
Director of marketing and user experience at LateRooms.com Jessica Reading remarked: “With the Simply the Guest Awards we hope we will inspire some amazing short breaks for 2013, recognise the valuable feedback which our customers provide our properties, and at the same time, showcase our top rated hotels.”
Online reviews are becoming increasingly more important for customers when deciding upon a hotel, with a recent LateRooms.com survey revealing 40 per cent of customers would not book a hotel without reading guest reviews first.
