Hotel operator Signature Living has appointed, data collection company, Wireless Social to help communicate with guests for repeat bookings, allegedly cutting out an average commission fee of 18% from travel sites.
The introduction of Wireless Social Wi-Fi systems across the Signature Living portfolio will collect customer data at log-in. It is designed to be used to tailor communications and drive both direct bookings and positive TripAdvisor reviews, as well as enabling targeted Facebook advertising.
