Vineyard Hotel GM announces departure

The Vineyard Hotel has announced that its current general manager, Marwan Hemchaoui, will leave the hotel in mid-September to take up a new role at Ellenborough Park, Cheltenham.
Hemchaoui has held the position at the property since 2013 and handled the hotel’s introduction to the Pride of Britain hotel collection.

He replaces Oliver Williams, current GM at Ellenborough Park, who will become the new GM of the Cliff at Lyons hotel in Celbridge, Ireland.

Andrew McKenzie, managing director of The Vineyard Group, said: “Marwan has done a sterling job running The Vineyard for the last five years and he will be sadly missed. Whilst we are very sad to lose him, we wish him all the best for the future. This is a great opportunity that will offer Marwan a fresh challenge.”
