Kew Green Hotels, the international hotel management company, has unveiled plans for a multi-million-pound investment across its portfolio of hotels to transform the properties, elevate its technological capabilities and enhance talent acquisition and employee retention.
It said the hotel transformation project across the Kew Green Hotel estate will rejuvenate spaces aligned with guests’ “evolving needs”, providing flexible spaces for co-working, collaboration and socialising.
Kew Green added that each refurbishment project will incorporate energy-saving features and will be delivered as the hotels continue to operate.
The first set of refurbishments include the Open Lobby design which is part of IHG’s reinvigoration of its Holiday Inn brand. The new design combines all public spaces, from the reception area, to the restaurant, bar and lounge into one open, cohesive space.

- Holiday Inn Leeds Wakefield
- Holiday Inn Lincoln
- Holiday Inn Derby Nottingham

- Increased capacity for online purchasing and online payments implemented across the group and its suppliers
