Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel and Parklands in Singleton, near Poulton-le-Fylde, has been brought to market for offers over £1.45m.

The unique three-storey Georgian hotel is set within five acres of grounds and comprises 14 modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

It also acts as a popular wedding venue and includes a reception lounge that features a log fire and bar area, as well as three dining areas, with the largest able to accommodate 80 covers.

In addition, there is a self-contained two-bedroom flat on the property.

Singleton Lodge is located near to the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, and just a 10-minute drive from the M55 motorway giving it excellent access to Preston, Blackpool and the rest of the Fylde coast, as well as the wider UK motorway network.
