Innes House has completed a series of internal renovations ahead of its reopening for the 2026 season.

The 17th Century estate with 20-bedrooms in Moray underwent the works over the winter months.

The Tulip Room has been upgraded with a walk-in shower and a new four-poster bed. This is the fourth room in the house to feature a four-poster bed following recent refurbishments.

Staff have refreshed interiors across the property and varnished the East Ballroom floor. The estate also plans to install new signage to match a brand identity launched last year.

The estate is currently developing a series of long-form videos for YouTube to highlight the property’s history.

The content will feature owner Edward Tennant, his father Mark Tennant, and chef Tim Maddams.

Additionally, head gardener Simon is leading a project to revitalise the walled garden using estate-sourced mulch.

The kitchen garden will produce fruit and vegetables for use during weddings and private events.

The renovations follow the 2025 opening of Viewfield Farmhouse, a self-catering property on the grounds.
