Lough Erne Resort has revealed that its concierge Neal Graham has been admitted to the global professional association Les Clefs d’Or, following a five-year application process.

Graham, who has worked at the resort for 16 years, moved through several guest-facing roles.

In order to secure membership at Les Clefs d’Or, Graham has completed a series of assessments on local expertise and hospitality standards.

The association, founded in 1929, maintains a network of 4,000 members across 80 countries. It serves as a professional body for hotel concierges to share knowledge and maintain service standards.

Graham said: “It is a real honour to be awarded the Golden Keys and to become a member of Les Clefs d’Or. The process reinforces the values and service standards the association is known for around the world, and I am proud to represent Lough Erne Resort as part of this global concierge community.”

Gareth Byrne, general manager of Lough Erne Resort, added: “This is a significant professional milestone and a proud moment for the entire team. Les Clefs d’Or membership is recognised internationally as a hallmark of excellence in concierge service, and Neal’s Golden Keys are a reflection of the care, dedication and attention to detail our guests experience every day at Lough Erne Resort.”
