Eagle Bar has completed its dual-terrace concept at The Chancery Rosewood in London with the opening of a second space on the hotel’s seventh floor.

The launch completes a dual-venue development following the initial opening of the Mayfair site in September 2025. The destination now comprises the existing Upper East bar and the new Upper West terrace.

The two venues sit symmetrically around a central six-storey atrium. Upper West overlooks Hyde Park and focuses on an afternoon aperitif service, while Upper East overlooks Grosvenor Square with a late-night music programme.

The dual venue has a total capacity of more than 200 people across its two lounge areas and outdoor terraces. Both spaces feature long bar counters and central sofa seating.

Liana Oster, director of bars at the hotel, and Maura Milia, general manager, will oversee the combined operations. Upper East opens daily from 5pm, while Upper West opens daily from 3pm.

Milia said: “Upper West and Upper East offer two very distinct spaces and experiences while keeping the utmost hospitality and sense of connection at the centre of what we deliver. We are fortunate to provide our guests with such choice, catering for different tastes and occasions always elevated by our stunning space and remarkable views of London.”
