HotelREZ has announced the appointments of Zukiswa Tuso as head of marketing communications and Karen McFall has been appointed director of new business.

Tuso has two decades experience as a marketing leader, having worked across a number of industries including education, cold chain, cloud technology, and healthcare.

She has prominent travel and hospitality experience with tenures as brand manager at Avis Budget Group and Tsogo Sun.

McFall joins with over 30 years experience having previously played a key commercial role at BVS, supporting business growth and client engagement strategies. Her career also includes sales and leadership roles at Bespoke Hotels and Jurys Doyle.
