Roomours Hotel in Llandudno has been sold to local couple Andy and Clare Jones, marking their first entry into the hospitality sector.
The hotel features 10 en suite guest bedrooms, a large dining room, a lounge, and a private car park.
The property was recently refurbished by its previous owners and had been marketed through property specialist Christie and Co.
Andy Jones, a local craftsman, and Clare Jones, a former education professional, acquired the freehold following a sale process handled by Chad Jackson.
The acquisition comes as Llandudno sees a significant increase in tourism demand, with regional search interest for holidays rising by 86% year-on-year.
Andy Jones said: “The former owners have created something truly special, and we are excited to build on their wonderful legacy. We are already thoroughly enjoying welcoming and hosting guests.”
Clare Jones added: “We are measuring ways to improve our sustainability and ensure environmental, social, and governance factors are integrated into our core strategies.”
