ICMI, the management team behind Inverlochy Castle and Cromlix, has partnered with London-based hotel sales and marketing firm JG Collection to launch Select Hotel Management Services.
The new hotel management consultancy will offer a full range of services including central revenue management, account services, operational assistance and a central reservation service.
To support the “rapid growth” beyond the luxury market the group has opened new headquarters in Edinburgh in addition to its satellite offices in London and the Scottish Highlands.
Norbert Lieder, managing director of ICMI, said: “The UK hotel industry is benefiting from the growth in tourism numbers and an increasingly mobile businesses population. However, many businesses across the industry are experiencing extra pressures on resources at a time when consumer expectations are greater than ever before.
“New technologies designed to enhance customer experience often create more work for hotel managers, reducing the time they spend directly liaising with customers. Select Hotel Management Services has been created to alleviate these pressures and give hotel operators the ability to bolster their teams with some of the best minds in the industry.”

We are marketing our services to existing and prospective new owners – we also have significant experience in hotel design and development.”
ICMI was founded by the senior management of Inverlochy Castle Hotel over a decade ago, since then ICMI has managed some of the world’s top hotels including Cromlix, Greywalls, Isle of Eriska Resort and the Liming.
