Maybourne Hotel Group has expanded its partnership with private aviation company Flexjet to offer complimentary helicopter transfers for suite guests arriving at London airports.

The service is now available to individuals staying in signature suites at Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley, following an initial launch at The Emory in 2024. Passengers flying into Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton, and Stansted airports can access the transfers to the London Heliport in Battersea.

In addition, Maybourne will provide a private chauffeur fleet to transport guests from the heliport to their destination.

The expansion builds on a five-year partnership between the two companies, with the helicopter journey expected to reduce road travel times by more than one hour.

Marc Socker, chief executive of Maybourne Hotel Group, said: “Following its success at The Emory, we are delighted to build upon our partnership with Flexjet to offer our Signature Suite guests the ultimate transfer in the capital.

“Our guests value time, privacy and precision. Through our collaboration with Flexjet, we offer a journey that is as considered and seamless as the rest of their stay in our hotels.”

Mike Silvestro, chief executive of Flexjet, added: “We are very happy to be able to extend this offering to Maybourne’s VIP hotel guests when they fly into London, showcasing the ‘last mile’ advantage that our helicopter fleet brings for those who want to make the most efficient, effortless and enjoyable arrival in the UK capital.”
