The Bush Hotel in Farnham, Surrey, has been sold for £12m, following its sale off a guide price, the agents involved have confirmed.
The Grade II-listed, 95-bedroom hotel occupies a town centre site in the Surrey market town and operates as an independent country house hotel.
The property was marketed jointly with Knight Frank Hotels.
The hotel was sold to an unnamed UK hotel group seeking to expand its portfolio. Agents said the asset attracted strong buyer interest, citing its trading performance and scope for future growth.
The Bush Hotel has reported earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of more than £1.1m, according to sales particulars.
The transaction comes amid continued investor interest in UK hotel assets, particularly in the Home Counties, as easing interest rates improve conditions for dealmaking ahead of 2026.
