The St Ives Boutique Hotel overlooking the Firth of Clyde, in Dunoon, has been brought to market for an asking price of £600k.

The property, which is located on Victoria Parade in the Argyll and Bute town, has seven en suite letting bedrooms and operates primarily on a bed and breakfast basis. It also includes a bar area, beer garden, car park and three-bedroom owners’ accommodation.

St Ives Boutique Hotel has recently been refurbished and occupies a seafront position, making it a popular tourist destination on the Cowal peninsula.

According to the current owner, Lesley Stott, who has owned the business for three years and has decided to sell in order to relocate, the business attracts visitors throughout the year.

Tony Spence, associate director of hospitality at Christie and Co, who is managing the sale, said: “We are delighted to be acting for the vendor to facilitate a sale for this property. This opportunity offers a lifestyle business which trades profitably and includes owners’ accommodation.”
