HotelREZ Hotels and Resorts has recorded an 18.6% year-on-year revenue increase, supported by the expansion of its independent hotel platform to more than 2,500 properties.

The company, which represents approximately 222,500 rooms globally, reported a 9.8% improvement in global revenue per available room (RevPAR). 

This growth was driven by gains in average daily rate (ADR) and occupancy across its portfolio of independent hotels, aparthotels, and regional groups. 

Approximately 56% of the portfolio now uses the core HotelREZ service suite.

The group has also restructured its brand architecture, qualifying 350 properties for its Elegant Hotel Collection, a luxury and upscale segment. 

Another sub-brand, Best Loved Hotels, continues to provide marketing visibility for independent properties. The company maintains a portfolio retention rate above 90%, with some member tenures exceeding 21 years.

Additionally, to support global expansion across Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific, the firm has appointed new leadership roles in strategic deals, customer engagement, and global marketing.
