Careys Manor and SenSpa has announced the appointment of Mandy Walker as director of sales and promoted Frances Trowbridge-Moore as spa manager.

Walker joins the New Forest hotel from Rhinefield House, where she worked for 18 years.

She previously served as regional sales manager for Hand Picked Hotels, working within the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sector.

Meanwhile, Trowbridge-Moore has been promoted to lead Careys Manor’s Thai-inspired wellness facility, SenSpa.

Trowbridge-Moore joined the business in May 2024 as reception manager and succeeded former spa director Lina Lotto, who retired at the end of 2025. She is now responsible for a 31-person team.

Steve Woodrow, general manager of Careys Manor, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mandy to the team and to promote Frances into this role. Mandy brings a wealth of commercial experience, while Frances has already proven herself to be an invaluable part of the SenSpa team.

“Their combined experience and energy will be instrumental in supporting the hotel and spa’s continued growth, while further enhancing the exceptional guest experience we are known for.”
