• Managing the multi-media, multi-device guest.

• Can guest reviews drive rate improvements?

• Hotel in a box – how cloud computing reduces cost of ownership

• Is your technology impacting bottom line profitability?

Claudia Harris, event manager of the Hospitality Technology EXPO, said: “We couldn’t be more pleased with the way the VIP programme for our inaugural exhibition has come together. Without a doubt it will attract the best of the European hospitality technology community.

“Decision makers, budget holders and influencers are switching on to the fact that hospitality technology is no longer a luxury, but rather, a necessity that drives a business forward,” she added.

“With exclusive access to the industry’s leading minds, tremendous networking opportunities and a host of exhibitors whose mantra is ‘drive revenue, reduce costs,’ we’re confident interested participants won’t fail to see the unparalleled return on investment that HTE offers VIP attendees.”
