Blanch House Hotel, an award-winning AA 3 Star seaside town house hotel in Brighton, has been brought to the market for a price of £1.8m.
The boutique hotel occupies a “substantial” Grade II listed Georgian town house located close to the seafront in the heart of Kemp Town, close to all the local cafes, bars and restaurants.

The current owners, Jeremy Ornellas and Kerry Turner have been in place for over seven years and are now looking forward to semi-retirement.
