Castlebridge Hospitality Management has announced the promotion of Rebecca Bozeat-Manzi to sales and marketing director and Scott Rankin to group operations director.

Stepping up from her role as head of sales, Bozeat-Manzi will keep heading sales efforts while additionally taking on responsibility for the marketing function of the group’s hotels and management company.

By merging its sales and marketing operations under one strategic vision, Castlebridge said it is developing a more integrated, data-driven approach to brand positioning, demand generation and market share growth.

The group said that under her watch, the sales team achieved steady growth, built stronger corporate and group travel relationships, and boosted the business’s commercial standing in competitive markets.

Meanwhile, Scott Rankin has been elevated to direct the business’s operations, concentrating on assisting the hotels with daily operations, maintaining consistent standards, driving financial performance and delivering outstanding guest experiences throughout the portfolio.

The firm said Rankin’s practical leadership and operational expertise position him to steer hotel teams through its next growth phase.

His role will focus on boosting profitability, managing costs, ensuring health and safety, and enhancing guest experience and service delivery.

Castlebridge is a privately-owned hotel management company based in Warwickshire that manages Hotel Indigo Coventry, Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Chester, Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon, voco Winchester Hotel and Spa and Holiday Inn Express Campo de Gibraltar – Los Barrios.

Craig Patterson, managing director of Castlebridge Hospitality said: “These appointments reflect the depth of talent within Castlebridge Hospitality and the company’s ongoing evolution as a high-performing hotel management business.

“As Castlebridge continues to expand its portfolio and strengthen owner partnerships, having experienced, forward-thinking leaders in critical commercial and operational roles is essential. The appointments of Rebecca and Scott not only recognise their significant contributions to date but also position the company strongly for its next phase of growth.”
