Treehouse Hotel Manchester will complete the final phase of its opening on 11 June 2026 with the launch of its 14th floor.

The expansion at the Starwood Hotels property follows the initial launch of 224 guest rooms, Pip restaurant, a cinema and gym. The new floor includes two dining concepts, a rooftop lounge and nine suites.

The 14th floor features Sistermoon, a Southeast Asian barbecue concept developed by Sam Grainger, Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford. The menu is based on Thai cuisine and culinary techniques.

Cowdrey and Crawford have also curated The Nest, a rooftop bar located on the same level. The floor is completed by The Hideout, a lounge and terrace designed for private events and performances.

The final phase introduces nine suites, including presidential and interconnecting options. These rooms feature kitchens and walk-in wardrobes, with certain units available for exclusive use via a dedicated entrance.

A spokesperson for Treehouse Hotel Manchester said: “The 14th floor brings together experience-led dining concepts and premium suites to redefine elevated stays in the city.”
