Morley House, a hotel development site located on Holborn Viaduct, has been put up for sale with an estimated value exceeding £250m. The site, spanning 150,000 sq ft, is planned for an 11-floor hotel with a rooftop bar and event space. Canopy by Hilton London City has appointed Peadar McFadden as its new general manager. McFadden brings extensive experience within the Hilton family, having previously served as senior general manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Angel Kings Cross.
