The Feathers, a Michelin-keyed boutique hotel in Woodstock, has appointed Peter Prusaczyk as its new general manager, effective June 2026.
Prusaczyk joins from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, where he spent 21 years, most recently as food and beverage manager.
During his tenure at Le Manoir, he progressed to food and beverage manager, where the hotel said he played an essential role in driving commercial performance and brand positioning.
Overseeing a team of more than 60 members, he worked closely with renowned chef Raymond Blanc to increase profitability and service standards across the department, contributing to the hotel’s achievement of three Michelin Keys in both 2024 and 2025.
Appointed an Academician of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in 2023, Prusaczyk continues to serve as a judge for the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Annual Awards of Excellence and the Gold Service Scholarship. In 2022, he was a finalist in the prestigious Master of Culinary Arts competition in Restaurant Service.

The Feathers is a 23-bedroom boutique hotel in Woodstock, featuring a restaurant, bar and event spaces.
