Lancaster London has announced two employee promotions within its 465-strong full-time staff.

Eibhear Coyle has become executive assistant manager of operations, which sees him still overseeing all food production, plus food and beverage service activities but he will also now  take on new projects throughout the hotel as well.

In addition, Florian Broemel has been promoted to executive assistant manager for rooms.  In this position, he will be responsible for leading a team of 180 full and part-time colleagues.  He will also be accountable for the overall operation, budget, and strategy for front of house, engineering, housekeeping and guest safety.
