The Cairndow Stagecoach Inn, a 3-star hotel on the banks of Loch Fyne in Argyll & Bute, Scotland, has been brought to the market for the first time since 1965.
The property is being sold for £975,000, through specialist business property adviser Christie & Co, and has undergone “significant” levels of investment and upgrades. The family-run business features 19 en-suite letting bedrooms, a bar area and a restaurant.
Alongside the main property is the Loch Side development, comprising six letting rooms offering views of Loch Fyne, which opened in 2008. According to Christie & Co there is potential for further development on the land situated to the rear of the property.
Josh Hill, who is handling the sale, said: “The Cairndow Stagecoach Inn will appeal to a number of buyers including first time buyers and existing hotel operators. The hotel ticks all the boxes whilst taking advantage of the breathtaking views – a truly stunning business opportunity.”
