A purpose-built hotel in Hull city centre, currently fully let to Accor UK Economy Hotels and operating as an Ibis, has been placed up for sale with a guide price of £7.5m.

Comprising 106 bedrooms, the hotel is spread over ground and three upper floors, with a lobby, bar and dining room also on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are a combination of double and twin rooms and are all of a similar size and layout, each incorporating a prefabricated en-suite shower capsule.

The property is located on the western edge of Hull city centre, and benefits from convenient road accessibility via the A63 trunk road and M62 motorway. The city centre offers a mix of well-known shopping centres as well as independent restaurants, bars and shops.

Tom Cunningham, UK regional director, Hotel Capital Markets at Savills Manchester, who is handling the sale, said: “This is a unique investment opportunity in the bustling centre of Hull. The hotel is popular for both business and leisure visitors and is ideally located for all that Hull city centre has to offer.”
